My journey began as an Emergency Registered Nurse, where I witnessed the devastating impact pressure injuries can have on older people and their families.

As I transitioned into Occupational Therapy and worked in aged care, I realised that many pressure injuries could be prevented through earlier identification, practical interventions, and empowered care teams.

I founded ROSE to help aged care providers move from reactive wound management to proactive prevention. My goal is to combine clinical expertise, education, and innovation to improve the comfort, dignity, and quality of life of older people.
