ROSE (Re-enable OT Service for the Elderly) is a healthcare consultancy dedicated to improving the lives of older people through pressure injury early identification, prevention, workforce education, and clinical innovation.
Founded by Occupational Therapist and former Registered Nurse Aimee Zhang, ROSE was created from a simple belief:
Pressure injuries should be prevented whenever possible, not simply treated after they occur.
Through practical education, clinical expertise, and evidence-based prevention strategies, ROSE supports aged care providers to build safer systems of care and better outcomes for residents.
